It is disclosed by Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co (TISCO) that Taiyuan Steel Trading Center with a total investment of CNY 2.5 billion will be built in Taiyuan city, and the project will be finished in October 2013.
The center will bear an annual 5 million tonnes of steel throughput, becoming the price discovery center of stainless steel in North China, trading bridge, logistic center, international purchase center of stainless steel products and northern steel spot & screen trading center.
Taiyuan Steel Trading Center, as one of important projects of Shanxi province, is located in stainless steel industry area of Taiyuan city and will be designed with steel trading business area, financial derivative service center, storage and logistics area etc
